Orders must be paid online using one of the available payment methods. Hertaille currently does not offer Cash on Delivery.

Processing & Delivery
Most orders require approximately 3–5 business days for processing before shipment. Customized products or certain high-demand products may require additional time.
Standard international delivery generally takes approximately 7–12 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, weather, local conditions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import charges or other fees imposed by the destination country.
Unless otherwise stated during checkout, such charges are not included in the product price and may be the customer's responsibility.
Delivery Information
